Wipe clean the glass surface you would like to place the Cobra Universal GPS Smartphone Device Mount. With the mounting push button in the upward position, place the mount where you would like it, pressing firmly down on the base and depress the mounting push button to form a tight suction.
Place your portable device onto the mount and squeeze together the retractable sides. You can now make final custom viewing adjustments using the locking joints on the sides of the mount.
